CBT Virtual Therapy
We offer a 60 minute 1 on 1 video session in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. CBT is a psycho social intervention that focuses on changing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours. It aims to help you to see things in a more helpful way while providing helpful coping strategies to help overcome problems.
Compassion Focused Virtual Therapy
We offer a 60 minute 1 on 1 video session in Compassion Focused Therapy. CFT aims to help promote mental and emotional healing by encouraging people in treatment to be compassionate towards themselves and others . We recognise that compassion is an emotional response which is an essential part of overall wellbeing .
We offer both CBT and CFT in 30 minute sessions via audio call. Phone therapy is a great way to start or end your therapeutic journey, there's less anxiety for those who prefer non- face to face therapy, you can meet you therapist for shorter times & more frequently, or maybe you just need someone to talk to during a stressful time. It is a shorter session, and may be exactly what you're looking for!
We offer a seasonal therapy group that meets once a week for a month. Each group has a different themes (Social Anxiety, Low Self Esteem). Group therapy has many benefits; there's less pressure, you can rely on each other during the session, you learn from your peers, and it's more affordable. And if any issues arise, you can book a 1 on 1 therapy session with our therapist, Sarah.
